Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made on themarketsstory.com from The Markets Story, operated by Shriyash Shrinivas Palsule. Please read it carefully before buying. By completing a purchase, you agree to this Policy.

1. Free content

Our YouTube videos and email newsletter are free. This Policy applies only to paid courses and products.

2. Digital delivery

Our courses are digital products. After a successful payment, access is delivered electronically — through your account and/or a link sent to your email — usually immediately or as scheduled for the specific course. There is no physical shipment.

3. All sales are final

Because our courses are digital and access is granted to you as soon as your payment is confirmed, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review the course description carefully, and reach out with any questions, before you buy.

4. Billing errors

The only exception is a genuine billing error — for example, a duplicate charge, or a payment that failed while still debiting your account. If this happens, email us within 7 days with your payment details and we will investigate; any verified erroneous charge will be reversed to your original payment method through Razorpay.

5. Cancelling a subscription

If a product is offered as a recurring subscription, you can cancel at any time to stop future billing, and the cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. Amounts already paid for the current or past cycles are non-refundable, consistent with Section 3.
